In the Embedded Talent Solutions (ETS) model, the vendor searches for qualified candidates and hires and manages them on your behalf. This includes payroll and benefits, with the flexibility to use budgets outside of payroll.
In Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), the vendor manages the search, but you hire the new worker and manage payroll and benefits from your own budget, paying the vendor a percentage of the new worker’s yearly salary as a finder’s fee. This model reduces the time to fill crucial roles as well as the pressure on your internal team.
