The Leadership Evolution program is delivered in two parts—each designed for maximum learning impact.

The journey begins with the pre-program phase in which participants complete a 360 assessment and begin personalized coaching to set goals. The core program then unfolds through a blended flipped classroom model combining self-paced digital learning, collaborative cohort sessions, and expert-led coaching.
